Crystals are an incredible aid in energy healing. They can help absorb, focus, direct, detoxify, shift and diffuse energy as they interact with the electromagnetic forces within the subtle human energy field.
KUNDALINI MEDITATION

Through the sacred practice of pranayama (breath), mantra, and mudra, I guide you in awakening your inner energy, harmonising your physical, emotional, and energetic bodies, and uncovering the deeper layers of your spiritual self.
